Ca N'Estruc L'Equilibrista Catalunya Crianza — Aged 75 cl
Español [ ES ]La finca Ca N'Estruc está situada en la ladera de la montaña de Montserrat, en el término municipal de Esparreguera (Barcelona) y está arraigada al mundo del vino desde 1548. Las 26 ha de viñedo se encuentran a 165 m de altitud sobre el nivel del mar, y éste disfruta de un microclima específico ya que se encuentra resguardado de los vientos fríos del norte por la montaña de Montserrat. En la bodega, situada en el centro de la finca, Francisco Martí Badia, viticultor y elaborador, vinifica las diferentes variedades por separado en pequeños depósitos de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada. El envejecimiento se lleva a cabo en barricas de roble francés. El resultado son unos vinos con personalidad propia, modernos, fáciles de beber y con una sorprendente relación satisfacción/precio.
