Dedicados a su terroir, cada uno entrelaza sus personalidades distintivas en sus vinos. Ambos hacen grandes vinos: Henri los blancos, Guillaume los tintos. En su búsqueda de la excelencia, combinan un profundo respeto por los fundamentos de la vinificación con toques de modernidad y audacia. Para descubrir, maravillarse, hacer las preguntas correctas ... esta cultura de aprendizaje es inherente a la fuerte ética de trabajo, con la que sientan las bases para el futuro del dominio. Henri Boillot es el fundador decidido y apasionado del dominio, que dirige firmemente a los más altos estándares. Su fuerte ética de trabajo y dedicación han dado como resultado un dominio exigente y bien administrado, del que se enorgullece de transmitir a la próxima generación. Su enfoque actual está dedicado a sus vinos blancos precisos y elegantes. Después de ascender por los escalones hasta convertirse en jefe de viticultura, Guillaume ahora está a cargo de los vinos tintos en el dominio. Él ha forjado sutilmente su propio estilo en el proceso de vinificación, revelando lo mejor de los terruños, especialmente en Volnay.
