Tenuta delle Terre Nere es el fruto de más de 30 años de pasión y trabajo en el mundo del buen vino.
Y también tiene una ubicación extraordinaria, esta "isla dentro de una isla" que es el Etna, que elegimos mi hermano y yo. Y eso, a veces creo, que en realidad nos eligió a nosotros. Un lugar donde la naturaleza es pródiga pero también severa. Y aquí trato de expresar el microcosmos refinado y multifacético de esta antigua tierra volcánica. Con respeto, cuidado y arduo trabajo agrícola, siempre en equilibrio orgánico. La filosofía de la finca es simple. Dado que hay un clima extremo, para obtener la mejor y más consistente maduración, nuestra atención debe focalizarse en el manejo del viñedo. La mejor mano de obra, en todos los aspectos de la viticultura, es lo primero que nos distingue y así podemos traer unas uvas de gran calidad a nuestra bodega.
