Controlan la cubierta verde de las hileras de vides, utilizando pastos y otras especies de plantas que, además de consolidar la tierra y evitar que sea arrastrada por el agua de lluvia, aumentan las sustancias orgánicas al plantar, eliminando por completo el uso de fertilizantes químicos y de herbicidas. Tratan las vides con azufre y productos cuprosos y solo en caso de circunstancias particularmente graves, utilizamos otros tipos de protección sanitaria, respetando estrictamente los consejos y dosis recomendados por agrónomos calificados. Han resuelto el difícil problema de las aguas residuales mediante la construcción de una planta de depuración de aguas residuales de última generación que les permite devolver el agua a la tierra sin sustancias contaminantes. Guiados por tales principios, que continúan mejorando gracias al progreso científico, esperan contribuir a salvaguardar y proteger a la Madre Tierra.
