Español [ ES ]La vocación de Hervé Bizeul ya estaba dibujada. A la edad de 21 años ganó el concurso al Mejor Joven Sumiller de Francia. Unos años más tarde, abrió un bar de vinos en la capital francesa y, luego, cinco años más tarde, lanzó una carrera periodística, primero en el mundo del vino y luego en la gastronomía. En 1997, se instaló en un pueblo perdido y se acurrucó en un imponente circo de piedra caliza en el corazón de la zona más montañosa del viñedo de Roussillon, Vingrau, y compró unos acres de viñedos para encargarse en el fin de semana. En este momento, se encuentra con su esposa Claudine, de la isla de la Reunión, y la convence de embarcarse en un loco vino de aventuras. Por lo tanto, en 1998, sin dinero, se crea el dominio. Inicialmente, la idea era producir vino por placer puro, para amigos y, por lo tanto, obviamente sin intereses financieros. A partir de este postulado, desarrollan una primera añada sin ningún medio, los primeros cuvées son prensados en lino, pero con mucha pasión.
