Español [ ES ]Fundada en el año 1994, Ànima Negra es fruto de la simbiosis del clima, el suelo y las variedades autóctonas de la isla de Mallorca. El resultado son unos vinos sinceros y especiales, alejados de las tendencias de creación de vinos impersonales. Es esta premisa, junto con el objetivo de producir unos vinos de la máxima calidad posible, la que marca el día a día en Ánima Negra. Situada en el sureste de la isla, la bodega produce los vinos en la antigua “possessió” de Son Burguera, cercana al pueblo de Felanitx y que data del siglo XIII. La viticultura natural es una prioridad. El respeto por las particularidades de la tierra y el cultivo de variedades autóctonas como el Callet, Mantonegro, Fogoneu y Prensal Blanc, que han configurado una filosofía propia tanto en la forma de entender la viticultura como en el propio producto.
El respeto a las particularidades del suelo y el cultivo de las variedades autóctonas ( manto negre, fogoneu, premsal y sobretodo callet), han formado una filosofía propia tanto en la forma de entender la viticultura como en el vino en sí mismo. Se trata de recuperar el significado original de "Denominación" tal y como fue concebido en la Francia de los años 20, en el sentido de elaborar unos vinos que revelen una personalidad propia. De la simbiosis irrepetible de un clima, una tierra y unas variedades autóctonas surgen unos vinos particulares, sinceros , alejados de las tendencias actuales de elaboraciones impersonales. Es esta premisa, y la voluntad de ofrecer un producto de máxima calidad, lo que marca el día a día de ÀN Negra. Son Negre es una zona muy ventilada por el viento marino y con pequeñas producciones, de menos de medio kilo por cepa. Las características de los suelos son extremas: tierra muy pobre, con gran mineralidad, escasa retención de agua y gran densidad de frutales en medio de la viña. Las condiciones particulares de estas parcelas, con poca profundidad de tierra fértil mezclada con grava, obligan a las plantas a enraizarse profundamente en busca de nutrientes. Esto permite que la producción de estas plantas sea compleja y muy reducida, condicionada también por la edad de las viñas.
