La bodega y terrenos.

En la localidad de Atauta, situada a 7 km. de San Esteban de Gormaz, junto a Dominio de Atauta, se encuentra Atalayas de Golbán, que con uvas procedentes, no solo del Valle de Atauta, sino también de toda la comarca de San Esteban de Gormaz, elabora vinos más comprometidos con el estilo Ribera del Duero, excelentes jóvenes, crianzas y reservas, que conservan un marcado carácter y una gran personalidad. Emma y Miguel Ángel Sánchez, propietarios de Dominio de Atauta, inauguraron esta bodega el 2004 en Atauta (Soria). Tanto ellos com David Hernando, director técnico de la bodega, apuestan por la elaboración de un vino moderno en una zona de vinos clásicos. El factor determinante en el carácter de cada uno de los vinos de esta bodega es la diversidad de suelos: 35 tipos de constituciones, exposiciones y orientaciones, que quedan reflejados en el fruto obtenido y después en sus vinos.

Los Vinos.

El grupo bodeguero Avanteselecta tiene como objetivo trabajar con las variedades de uva autóctonas más reconocidas en España dentro las zonas de elaboración donde mejor se expresan, y de esta forma crear vinos con enorme personalidad que aporten originalidad y frescura al panorama vinícola español. Su tinto Atalayas de Golbán, monovarietal de la variedad Tinto Fino elaborado por Dominio de Atauta, es un buen ejemplo de este savoir faire. La uva de la cual nace Atalayas de Golbán procede de viñedos de edades diversas: Los más jóvenes apenas llegan a los treinta años, mientras que los más viejos ya son centenarios. - La bodega está situada a pocos kilómetros del nacimiento del río Duero, en una zona casi desconocida de la D. O. Ribera del Duero con más de 5 siglos de tradición vinícola a sus espaldas. -las bodegas y los viñedos de Atauta, dentro de la ruta turística Ribera Del duero, son un gran tesoro patrimonial. Actualmente se está tramitando su declaración de bien de interés cultural. Como vinos más representativos tienen:
