Desde 2001, año de la creación de la Cantina Bolzano, una bodega del sur del Tirol basada en fuertes tradiciones, hemos enfatizado vinos de calidad seleccionada y carácter regional. La Bodega Bolzano es una cooperativa de productores de la provincia de Bolzano, que tiene sus raíces en la tradición. Fundada en 2001 por la fusión de dos bodegas históricas: Gries, del año 1908) y Santa Maddalena que se fundó en 1930. Gracias a la calidad de las uvas aportadas por los más de 200 miembros que componen esta bodega, los vinos de Cantina Bolzano se posicionan en la parte superior de los vinos del Tirol del Sur y esto se ve confirmado por los numerosos premios a nivel nacional e internacional. La bodega dispone, a los pies del Renon, una extensión de más de 320 hectáreas de los mejores viñedos, distribuidos en diferentes niveles que van desde 240 hasta 800 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Típicos y con carácter son las características de los vinos de la cantina Bolzano.
