La compañía.
Actualmente, Pagos del Rey dispone de bodegas en la Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Rueda y Toro, pretendiendo además, sacar al mercado vinos singulares y con una personalidad propia. Las señas de identidad de todas ellas son su moderno diseño y la última tecnología en vinificación.

Bodega de Ribera del Duero.
Construida en 2002, la moderna bodega de Pagos del Rey destaca en el paisaje. El hormigón de la fachada y los tejados protege los interiores del sol. La recepción y la nave de elaboración están construidas en un espacio armonioso y continuo sin columnas. En la planta superior, la parte social contiene un amplio ventanal desde donde tener una vista panorámica de los viñedos. Este diseño alberga brillantes depósitos de acero inoxidable y las más modernas tecnologías en elaboración de vinos. La ubicación en la pequeña localidad de Olmedillo de Roa (Burgos) no es una casualidad. La decisión se debe a lazos familiares, pues la esposa de Félix Solís Yáñez nació en esta zona y su familia poseía viñas. Actualmente la familia Solís posee 70 hectáreas de viñedo y trabaja con unos 450 agricultores de la zona, con un total de 1.600 hectáreas. La nave de crianza está presidida por una escultura de la diosa griega, Ariadna, con un racimo de uva , con un racimo de uvas. Ariadna es el símbolo del vino, simboliza la llegada de la primavera y el despertar de las viñas.

La bodega de Rueda.
Félix Solís avantis compró la bodega Castillo Mudéjar en 2005, cuando tenía apenas un año de vida. La primera vendimia tuvo lugar en 2005. Los ladrillos al estilo múdejar destacan de la fachada de la bodega junto a un jardín de olivos y dos esculturas de un músico y su musa. Además, la fachada tiene un brillante color naranja que no deja indiferentes a los visitantes. Hoy Pagos del Rey es una de las tres bodegas más importantes en Rueda. La bodega está totalmente equipada con la última tecnología, con una importante planta de embotellado y almacén con temperatura controlada. Allí se elabora el blanco Blume, una marca líder de mercado en superficies de alimentación.

Bodega de la Rioja.
La bodega, abierta en 2006, es ya una de las mayores de La Rioja. Está localizada cerca del río con vistas a las montañas de La Rioja alavesa. Combina la tradición y la arquitectura moderna. Grandes chimeneas y una fachada acristalada irrumpen en el paisaje a modo de barco. En la nave de barricas destaca su friso de madera de abeto.Una estatua de una mujer vendimiadora con su cesto de uvas da la bienvenida a la bodega de Pagos del Rey. Es un símbolo de la larga tradición de elaboración de vinos en la región. La familia Solís trabaja con más de 1.000 agricultores que poseen unas 3.500 hectáreas de viñedos en La Rioja. Nuestros expertos enólogos combinan tradición y modernidad para crear unos excelentes vinos tintos típicos de La Rioja. Nuestra privilegiada ubicación en Fuenmayor nos permite acceder a varios viñedos con sus diferentes ciclos de maduración y variedades para crear nuestros excelentes vinos. Aquí se trabajan principalmente las variedades Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha, Mazuelo y Viura.

La bodega de Toro.
En Toro, se haya ubicada la bodega más joven del proyecto Pagos del Rey, y más concretamente en el municipio de Morales de Toro. La bodega de Pagos del Rey se encuentra a tan solo 6 kilómetros de la ciudad histórica de Toro en la provincia de Zamora y se creó en 1952. Su nombre original era Nuestra Señora de las Viñas, y posteriormente Viña Bajoz en 1962 en honor al río Bajoz que fluye cerca de Morales de Toro. Félix Solís avantis compró la bodega en 2008 y le dio el nombre de Pagos del Rey. Hoy representa el 36% de la producción total de vinos de la DO Toro. La familia Solís trabaja con viñedos de agricultores de la zona de unas 1.700 hectáreas de viñedos, en su mayoría viejos y con cultivo en vaso. Recientemente la bodega Pagos del Rey se ha convertido en un importante reclamo de la cultura vinícola y el enoturismo. Alberga el primer museo del vino de la región, abierto en Febrero de 2014. El museo se encuentra en el edificio de la antigua Cooperativa Virgen de las Viñas. Sus instalaciones se conservan casi intactas, siendo la sala de fermentación con los depósitos de hormigón originales, parte de la muestra expositiva. En este museo se exponen diversas manifestaciones culturales de la viticultura y la elaboración de vino desde sus orígenes hasta la actualidad.
