Español [ ES ]La Maison Pierre Mignon está situada en Le Breuil, cuna del Pinot Meunier, en el Valle del Marne. Procedente de un largo linaje de Viticultores, desde hace 5 generaciones, la Maison Pierre Mignon elabora Champanes de Excepción dentro del más puro respeto de las tradiciones, a la vez que privilegia la innovación. Herederos de un «Savoir-faire» transmitido de padres a hijos, Pierre e Yveline Mignon dirigen la bodega familiar y trabajan en colaboración con sus dos hijos: Céline, responsable de las exportaciones y de las relaciones comerciales y Jean-Charles, encargado del Viñedo y los Vinos. El viñedo de 16 hectáreas se extiende entre los mejores «Crus de la Champagne» (el Valle del Marne, la «Côte des Blancs», la región de Epernay). La variedad de viñedo está formada en su mayoría de Pinot Meunier (60%) y se completa con el Chardonnay presente en el 30% de las parcelas y el Pinot Noir que cubre el 10% de la explotación. La singularidad y diversidad de los terroirs permiten elaborar Grandes Champanes de carácter.
