Ya había bebido esteespumoso blanco y realmente me gustó mucho. No es trivial, con complejidad de aromas interesantes y también satisface al paladar. Sabroso y jugoso, fácil de combinar tanto con platos simples que un poco más estructurados. Ciertamente puede mejorar aún más con unos pocos años más de bodega (si podemos resistir).
