La bodega.

En la bodega siempre nos hemos comprometido a respetar lo que se ha obtenido de los viñedos. Después de la prematura muerte de Gian Carlo Elvio, se hizo cargo de las riendas de la bodega, con el apoyo de los enólogos Gianfranco Cordero e Ivon Picollo. La intención es mejorar cosecha tras cosecha tratando de combinar las tradiciones heredadas con nuevos conocimientos. Por lo tanto, hay varios barriles de roble de 3000 litros utilizados para el envejecimiento de Barbaresco y algunas barricas utilizadas principalmente para el envejecimiento de Barbera Superiore y Langhe Rosso en la bodega, ubicada dentro de la granja del siglo XVIII. La producción total es de alrededor de 45,000 botellas, la mitad de las cuales es Barbaresco.
