Español [ ES ]El mensaje del vino de garaje es que no es necesario tener unas instalaciones monstruosas para elaborar un vino único, sino que con medios modestos, conocimiento y cuidado se puede crear arte a partir de uvas seleccionadas. El precursor de esta idea fue el argelino afincado en Burdeos Jean Luc Thunevin, pero la idea se ha extendido a otros paises fuera de Francia. En España tenemos el Pingus, sin ir más lejos, seguramente el vino más caro que se elabora y vende en nuestro país y cuya calidad lo ha colocado en la mente de los más codiciosos amantes del vino del mundo. El precio de estos vinos de garaje es a veces disparatado: su escasa producción ha desatado la especulación y hoy día sólo están al alance de unos cuantos. En general son vinos concentrados, equilibrados, finos y elegantes. Un auténtico gustazo para el paladar, pero una pesadilla para el bolsillo.
