La bodega.

Jordi Llorens, en el año 2008 inaugura la bodega que lleva su nombre. Recogiendo así el relevo de su familia que desde siempre se había dedicado al cultivo de la vid, se propone elaborar vinos ecológicos con la finalidad de vinificar solo vinos de calidad respetando el entorno al máximo. De esta producción del viñedo familiar solo un 10% va destinado a sus vinos. Los vinos de Jordi Llorens reflejan la combinación de tradición y modernidad, con un trabajo ecológico buscando obtener calidad y salud para el entorno y las personas. Con un rendimiento de 1kg de uva por cepa de promedio, las viñas se cultivan dentro de los parámetros de la biodinámica. Enmarcado en un clima mediterráneo ligeramente fresco debido a su altitud y distancia (35km) del mar. Jordi Llorens Blankaforti se elabora con Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon y Syrah. Plantadas sobre suelos de piedra calcárea, gres, margas rojas y yesos, entre 400 y 600 metros de altitud. Vino sin D.O. de agricultura ecológica y biodinámica.

La vendimia y los vinos frescos.

Vendimia manual, semi-maceración carbónica y fermentación en acero inoxidable con levaduras autóctonas. Crianza sobre lías de 6 meses en acero inoxidable. Sin sulfuroso añadido.
La bodega que lleva el nombre del propio viticultor Jordi Llorens está ubicada en el pequeño pueblo de Blancafort, en la Conca de Barberà. Es la continuación de una historia familiar, ya que representa la octava generación que se dedica a la cultura de la vid. Desde el principio, Jordi quiere elaborar vinos ecológicos con el objetivo de obtener productos de alta calidad, respetando al medio ambiente. Geólogo de formación, Jordi demuestra una capacidad natural para entender las particularidades de su comarca: sus vinos están llenos de frescura, de autenticidad, y expresan todos los aromas y sensaciones de las tierras de la Conca de Barberà.
